Optimum Response Care is dedicated to providing a high standard of accommodation and a supportive environment for residents aged 16 to 18 years. Our primary goal is to foster a culture of respect, self-reliance, and age-appropriate decision-making, while equipping our residents with the essential life skills necessary for a successful transition into independence and adulthood. Our home is a 4-bedroom terraced house, carefully refurbished with modern fittings to create a warm and caring environment imbued with a family ethos. Situated in a community offering excellent local amenities, it is conveniently located just 0.7 miles or a 15-minute walk to the Leeds United Football stadium. Apex Pathway is staffed 24/7 and employs a CCTV monitoring system to ensure the safety and security of both residents and staff. It's important to note that our CCTV system is used solely for security purposes and not for monitoring our young residents; its primary function is to help prevent crime.
We at Optimum Response provide safe and supportive housing and services for young people ages 16-18. We help them develop the skills and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their lives and transition successfully to adulthood.
Our 24-hour staffed semi-independent home provides flexible support to meet the individual needs of young people, including those with challenging behaviors or self-harm, who may require 1:1 support at all times.
